From the first and second meetings, Falconeiri begins to formulate the ideas, plans and scope of a project's direction.  The client's personality, style, tastes, desires and broad project vision set the tone for the team's ultimate makeup.  Falconeiri accordingly makes solid recommendations for involving their cadre of partnered draftsmen, designers, architects, and more, depending on the projects' trajectory and the strengths of each craftsman.  Ensuring the finest client services possible throughout, the client will never attend a project meeting without a Falconeiri representative.

Budgeting for a successful project

Budget is important to everyone, no matter how small or large scale the proposed project. Using the client's guidelines, Falconeiri formulates specifics for each project, ensuring constant client communication as these essentials take shape.  Their style and doctrine is to always allow the client to drive costs according to their desires, and not the reverse. And the client is always guaranteed that the presented figures encompass the entire cost of the project, from start to finish, with no fears of creeping costs or spiraling budgets.

A working plan lays the foundation

Starting with a preliminary plan, the client starts to see a picture of the final product emerge.  At this staging point, after reviews and budgetary scoping, a thorough worksheet is created to define common gray areas and forge as many decisions as possible. This worksheet gives clients details about each particular step, selection sequence, and due date, which ultimately sets and maintains the adaptable project schedule.
