Your project plan unfolds in several stages. The preliminary plan provides an early representation of the work. Next come reviews, revisions, and incorporation of your budget. This process yields a worksheet that clarifies common gray areas and records key decisions. The final worksheet serves as your window into the project — details about each step, selection sequence, and due date — and is used to establish and maintain a project schedule. As the work progresses, changes are inevitable, and both the project schedule and your team are built to be flexible.
