When working with Falconeiri Construction, clients are automatically working with an established foreman and lead contractor with over 30 years experience with Falconeiri. Clients also receive complete on-site project management through the entire building cycle. Falconeiri will manage the designer, draftsman, architect, plus all the personnel that take the custom finish work to the field and perform the quality installation work required. Falconeiri is extraordinarily flexible regarding client meetings, committing to meet with any client within a 30 miles radius of the Falconeiri office within 2 hours of a phone call request.

Custom Home Renovations

Home renovations offer special challenges, requiring an altogether different skill set than building a custom home from top to bottom. Falconeiri Construction takes one to two custom home renovation projects each year, applying their superior experience, project management, and custom finish work to the art of home renovation. With only these selected projects accepted for renovation work annually, Falconeiri can be as attentive to the tests of a renovation project as they are to new home construction.
