Dominic Falconeiri - Principal/Owner

Dominic's unique background led him to construction while always keeping an eye toward design.  He started professionally as an industrial designer, designing and constructing furniture, and spending several years teaching Industrial Art courses at a local college. Recognizing his talent for small scale design, he naturally took his skills to a grander level.  He pulled together a small crew of trusted like-minded constructionists, initially for house framing, and it wasn't long before he was running his own full-fledged construction business.  In the business now for more than 30 years, he and his son are the principals of what has grown to be this well-known South Shore area general contractor.

Matthew Falconeiri - Principal/Owner

Matthew joined his father 10 years ago, carrying his father's aspirations and sharing the helm in expanding the business.  Matthew holds a Bachelor's of Science in Economics from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.  He's been working full time at Falconeiri for the past 10 years.  His entire professional life has been dedicated to the Falconeiri construction business, beginning his apprenticeship at the entry level.  He's performed all phases of carpentry out in the field, from framing to finish and cabinetry work.  As the business has grown, he's evolved from field work to project and administrative management, sharing the company's family-focused leadership with his father.

Foreman and Lead Carpenter

Falconeiri Construction's foreman and lead carpenter has been with this team for over 30 years.  He is known for forming outstanding relationships with his clients, and meeting the superb standards in the field that have always represented the mission of Falconeiri Construction.

In-house Specialty Mill Workshop

Staffing several master craftsmen attuned to creating original individualized design pieces according to clients' reflections, this in-house mill workshop allows Falconeiri to create unique finish work for minimal expense - a signature touch at Falconeiri.
