When building a new home that recaptures architectural styles of the 1700s, attention to period detail is paramount. This modern construction is adorned with distinctive revolutionary-era features, from exterior window trim to interior cornice and everything in between. In the main house, every piece of finish work — kitchen cabinetry, bathroom vanities, wainscoting, mantels, and more — was built in our millwork shop. The carriage house, carefully situated in a way that’s consistent with the period, features an antique-car storage area on the lower level and, above it, a modern art studio and wood shop.
